i know right..this is like my 1st entry after 432985903 yrs..band life is to freaking awesome to be blogged about..i'd rather spend my time in band than blogging anyway..that's beside the point..im still quite pissed over the results..call me sour for all i care, i really dont think we deserve that ugly medal..and if you think the same, come support us and watch prelude 29!!im sure it'll leave you wondering how the hell did we even get a silver
saw some really heartening comments on bandfusion:

I managed to listen to the whole day too.My ranking of the schools today -1) TJC2) RJC3) ACJC4) CJC5) TPJC6) NJC7) MJC.... the restI felt TJC, ACJC, and TPJC deserved better results too. TJ's extreme makeover was really exciting and kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the entire performance. RJ's interpretation of the Daphne was quite beautiful. ACJC started well but somehow the intensity did not last till the end of the piece. CJC was pretty precise in their performance but I felt could have more emotions. TPJC started safely in their set and was really enjoying the interpretation of Machu, ending with a very emotional ending. NJC had an impressive sound too but was messy at parts. MJC I thought was a bit lucky as they had quite a few hiccups in their performance but still managed to pull it off. A bit slow and draggy for me on many parts.To all band members: do not think too much about today's results. I can imagine how much hard work you all have put in to put up this amazing performance. Good luck to the bands tomorrow!

yey, I could manage to listen whole day today.Just a my wow list No1 of today was RJC.It was a history, now, there is a band able to handle the Ravel's music so musicaly in Singapore.I love the way the band played slow part, so colorful but not too strong.No2 was TJC.Their tutti sound was really wow! thick, great harmony and rich tone.If there is a difficulity of music in judging criteria , TJC scored a point.I like the choice of music, I don't think the conductor choose this music if he is the type just care the result of the SYF.He wanted to play music to express something, that is why he had chosen this music.bravo!

I dunno wasn't there cuz of exams T.T. Extreme makeover is seriously a tough choice piece. Did they do the bottle thing and how was their sax quartet?

I really felt that TJC played fairly well. Guess the judges didn't like it.Sigh.

i think tj got silver cos they were too loud & they sounded messy. but i can't really judge cos it was my first time listening to extreme makeover.If TJ was loud, I guess you haven't heard some other bands.messy? I have explained in my previous post. Also that piece is difficult and messy in nature with running notes all over. Go listen to professional recording, they are "messy" as you say

TPJC was really not bad. with good sound and balance. They are neat. I will not compare TPJC with MJC, although played the same pieces. My personaly preference/opinion might cause a big hooha if i comment them here. So I shall refrain from it.TJC was really very good. From the opening of extreme till very last bit. they did very well for a Junior College band with consideration of the difficulty of their choice piece, "extreme makeover". Really they did very well. All the running and others. Really good.Personally I am not sure how come TJC will get such results (a silver?) but to me they worth AT LEAST A GOLD, although I expected a better outcome (honours). Even for TPJC, I do think they deserve better than a Silver. I seriously do not wish to make any comparison but it's hard. it's human nature. I won't post it here. I don't want a commotion. PS: to those who have not heard Extreme makeover before and went for SYF today, the back part for Extreme is difficult and messy by itself (it is written that way), with all the cannon or fugue (different instruments come in at different timing while the previous instrument that came in still playing the whole melodic phrase). I said this caused I heard people saying they sound messy with different instruments come in late and all over the place at that fugue part. To all TPJC and TJC band members, you all have done your very best. It doesn't matter how the 6 judges think, you all have done a good job and of course, to alot of band conductors and audience, you all do deserve better award. For those who doesn't like what I have typed. You can say I am bias or whatsoever... but one thing I want to state here. "I have ears, so do the rest of the audience members."

anyway, i think linsheng and the band did a marvelous job and everyone felt shiok after playing our pieces..it was truly TJBand Magic..really thank the alumni for everything they've done for us (including defending us)..reading their entries just make me wanna cry all over again..to my section: dont be too sad over what has happened because we cant do anything about that except work harder and live stronger..you guys are still wonderful musicians and i love you all very very much..

why are we so weak and vulnerable such that one minute problem can cripple us just like that?
why should we remain in our comfort zone so much so that we become so dependent on others and afraid of changes?
Everyone has their own problems so what makes you think yours is a mountain while mine's a molehill?
Im not complaining or anything but i must admit it gets on my nerves sometimes when people 'overworry' about little things..i mean fail then fail la..wrong then wrong la..why make such a freaking big fuss?why are you so afraid?just try harder the next time..
dont have to ask unnecessary questions..just do what you think is right and explore the possibilities..you never know what you might discover
you might not get what you want but if you want it so badly then fight for it..what makes you think it will come to you that easily?

im just saying in general..not pinpointing anyone..

omg..im so NOT TIRED!! It feels totally awesome to win for all my pass 3 orietations! It feels good to be an OG9 slut! It feels good to bring glory to Xcion! Woo!! People were totally high and all..alot of OGLs and even OGMs lost their voices..though people were quite dead for the 1st few days..they were reallyalive for suntec mass dance as well as O'night..as if everyone was on fire..so good job everyone! Though our OG was abit slow most of the time and was rather problematic and has a spoilt tikki, we still rock!! The 1st rehearsal for our performancce was a flop buut we managed to turn the tables and emerge as winners!! Our OG totally deserve it!! Love OG 9 to the max!!mua mua mua mua mua!!! Love Xcion!!!
Ytd's mass dance was awesome too..crazy OGMs were cam slutting with us and taking ten thousand photos of us at the food court..lol..they were like so hyper compared to previous days..anyway..good job OG 9!! Gotta thank the other OGLs..candice, yaya, teresa, rachel, shuhadah, lynette, yongchuan, hongjie and fangxiong..you people were awesome!!and of cuz our OGMs as well..gonna miss everyone when school starts again =(((

hurhur.life is sure hectic!sort of 'broke down' yesterday. I mean band on tue wed fri and sat and on top of that another day for sectionals??That is so crazy lah..its seriously hardcore. I know there's SYF and all but this is just the beginning of the year and we're gonna be trained i mean drained?!think of the consequences if we dont do well for exams..will our teachers still allow us to participate in SYF?k whatever la..i shall stop whining and see how well i can cope with this arrangement for the time being

Ran lucky heights today..nearly died after ten thousand years of not exercising..i hate the slope man! I bet that's partly why they chose the location of TJ to be near lucky heights-so that we can get tortured running UP the slopes..my BELOVED lucky heights..i will remember you for life!!

oh well..things dont always go as planned i supposed..skipped tuition ytd..going on thur instead ..went for tooth extraction just now..damn painful la..there's like a huge hole up there now..still considering whether i should get braces..if i beg my mum..i dont think i can ask her for money again to go aus with my friends at the end of the year..zzz..met up with dearest joan at coffee bean to study but apparently, i only managed to copy 1 chap of bio notes..the pain aint going away!!went according to my diet as planned..oats in the morning, black forest ice blend in the afternoon then fish maw soup for dinner..(i know i was not supposed to but i ate 2 tiny fishballs cuz they were in my soup damnit..barely chewed them though..jsut swallowed) guess i'll have to survive on liquid until my gum doesnt hurt anymore or should i say..after my match with erfi..feeling damn cold ever since afternoon..hope i dont fall sick or anything..esp since my hols are ending..
going orchard with qin and allie tml to shop..dont know if i can play my instru during band prac not..i hope the bone connected to my nose doesnt snap or my gum doesnt bleed or anything..wonder how am i gonna tahan the pain if i get braces..
heard ogl camp might be shortened to 1 day..that means i might get 1 more day of hol to myself..maybe can go back tk on sat since its cca recruitment day..
anyway..hope swimming starts in term 2 not term 1 if there is in the 1st place cuz the dentist said i cant go swimming for like 3 months..=(

mb alv yug n erfi came over my house for countdown then i couldnt take it anymore and went to sleep..went pp to meet qin darren allie n the rest then sent andrew off at the airport at night

went library to do my essay plans cuz the stupid neighbour was drilling the walls (again!!)
3rd jan (today)
went to school to see the band (wanted to meet yug n erfi for kfc breakfast at kallang but the stupid kfc opens only at 11)..wanted to copy some bio notes then zao during lunch but bong asked if i could take the sec2s for awhile so i said ok..aiya..i wont be going back any sooner i guess..so i should do the right thing..
i think band members are part time gamblers..gosh..jitrui yug erfi n i were playing cards at magic wok n almost everyone else had cards too..haha..tsktsktsk..
had fun playing the snare..its been so long man..play until my thumb got blister now..lol

sat-went for section lunch then sent leslie's instru for repair

sun-went darren's house to eat n play then went night cycling..try cycling for 6 hrs..from east coast to changi village then back to east coast..i swear your butt will ache like mad..yong was cycling me half the time so my leg wasnt really aching..hahaha..so fun la..it was really dark and scary but cycling near the runway at changi airport at like 2am was truly an experience..especially when you can see the plane take off and smell the dang fuel..anyway..slept for like 2 hrs before going for band the next day

mon-stoned during band..went to meet yug n les after band to help yug find a guitar then went home to sleep

tue-went for perc bbq at night..it was rather fun playing captain's ball..alumni vs current batch..lol..stayed over at owen's house..i didnt catch a wink at all!except maybe i slept for like 15 mins?we were microwaving leftover chicken wings and playing cards/mahjong..went pasir ris park at like 6am plus plus to watch the sunrise but to cloudy..didn't get a good view..played at the swings and all before erfi and yug felt nauseating..for yug..expected la..

went home to sleep until now..zzz

wee..just came back from batam..gosh..having a headache now..i think its the ferry ride..but nvm la..xmas eve..just post while i can..

took a ferry to batam thenba boat to tanjung pinang.alv's uncle rode his motorboat to tanjung pinang to fetch us from there to another island(dunno where also)..haha..took a walk around the island in the afternoon to see the lifestyle of the islanders..very kampong-ish..no lights at night..get water from a tank..everything considered rubbish just dump it out of the window into the sea...catch seafood to eat etcetc.

woke up at around 4.30am cuz mb said they wanted to watch sunrise but apparently everyone was sleeping so soundly so i started waking everyone up (cuz my finger was swollen and pain so i couldn't go back to sleep) but failed..
finally when everyone woke up and ate finish their breakfast, we tried fishing with a rod with bits of prawns as bait..it was difficult man..people like yug fished the net and everything else but fish..erfi,yug and les fished foor crabs instead..those tiny lil ones..they put one stupid crab on the floor and it started crawling all over..obviouosly i screamed and ran away..they put it back in the sea though..after many failed attempts, i decided to fish out of the window (alv's mum and cousin tried and they caught many fish) then finally i caught a fish but didn't know what to do cuz it was jumping..lol..stopped fishing after that cuz i felt abit bad for the poor fish
packed our bags and left the place around noon..went back to batam and watched some dumb british show in the hotel room..went shopping at nagoya hill after that before going for dinner..dinner was yumyum=)
went shopping again after dinner..did a little manicure..went back to the hotel after shopping..played cards in the room then went to sleep

wed (today)
the trip was fun overall..spent quite alot..truly memorable though=)
happy x'mas eve to everyone anyway!!gotta start finishing my math hw already..i swear i have the motivation but there's no time!guess i'll have to prioritise from now on..boo..what to do?

watched twilight with perc yesterday after our sushi feast (i bet yug n les nearly died eating their gigantic bowls of oyako don)..like finally..after stupid yiqin ps-ed me to watch with her cousins..twilight was ok la..didnt expect much anyway..think it'd be more exciting if i watched with a bunch of twilighters (er..probably not candice cuz she likes jacob..haha..jkjk)..but certain parts really couldnt be portrayed in the movie..like what was going thru edward's mind n how bella flirt-ed with jacob (so sorry to bella fans out there..dont fancy her that much)..i was surprised that eric was like asian..lol..everyone said he looked like the 5566 guy..cant wait for new moon to come out..wonder how seth's gonna turn out..seth is so cute!!

anyway..decode's like stuck in my head..thanks to erfi n gang (how did we get here?-by bus) ..lol

bz with band lately..camp was quite fun with the 'innovative games' created by the game ics such as playing bball with raw chicken and trying to catch soggy bread with your face while they threw papaya and gawd knows what at you..haha..cldnt really sleep though..not as lucky as tt stupid charlene..sleep like dead pig..LOL..jkjk..tried to sleep in the band room with people playing heartattack (screaming) and watching charlie n the choc factory (stupid midgets singing) on the 2nd night..obviously i failed..hahaha..shall upload some pics from gazillion yrs ago..anyway..fiesta's in like 4 days so jiayou every1!!and those ppl interested..buy tickets from me!!

2 years ago, i was at katong shopping centre on a sunday, photocopying 6 sets of scores (it was urgent and i was librarian then) The uncle was like "you primary school ar?" Obviously i was damn pissed. Took like 2 hours to sort the scores according to his wishes. Imagine being tortured and tormented..Thats not the point though..the point is im old!!ok.whatever.

I FINISHED READING BREAKING DAWN!!!lol..that grace ho msged me like at 12 am to tell me that..i finished a few hours later than her but who cares..i finished!!yay!!!supernice=))) i must say, twilight and breaking dawn are the best..maybe im bias cuz i dont like jacob as much (sorry candice) those who havent read the book..GO READ NOW!!if you dont want me to spoil it then dont read any further..hahaha
Thanks to yvette and candice for spoiling part of my story before i even started reading but heck..at least i read finished=)) Really funny at some parts..especially when jacob decided to nickname renesmee (named after renee and esme combined tgt) nessie and bella was so pissed. She was like "what?!how dare you call my daughter a loch ness monster"..lol

had tuition,went to esplanade then went for the nike human race concert with min cuz astrid couldnt make it(poor thing..she had some tooth surgery).Thanks for the tix,grace!!At first, we didnt dare to enter cuz EVERYONE WAS IN THE RED NIKE SHIRT except us but still,for BLG,we'll do anything=).Apparently,there were people like us too(i mean not in the red shirt).We saw haniel and sueann so we decided to stick with them.BLG!!!those crazee girls behind us got 1 of their drumsticks..and thanks to them i nearly fell while they were all trying to reach for the it(imagine being trampled on..) some lucky souls got their posters and guitar picks

ooh its sunday and tomorrow's a hol!yay!like finally (though there are still a 1002 things to do)
National day celebration in School on fri turned out.... ??We played for the marching contingent and all but did not get to play the majulah singapura part.Felt quite insulted.Didnt really want to see the performance but made my trip to the hall with audrey though.Too bad the hall was filled so we decided to go back to the bandroom.Hid there telling ghoststories in the dark until more and more people joined in.So funny la,each time some1 open the door we ducked cuz we were not supposed to be in the bandroom.Decided to pon lecture after that and went 4 brunch with linda, ken and nick instead.Linda, ken and i went to gino's house after that. (nick had to do pw). We took turns to played wii until both controllers ran out of batt and gino wanted to use the batts from his gc but cldnt fit.Ended up watching movie instead.Went home after the movie to pack some stuff before the rest came over at ngiht.Rashidah, damien, yingzheng,sharon,erfi,yug,leslie and mingbei came.We were playing games, watching movies, pigging out etcetc. The rest left and only yug,erfi,leslie and mb stayed over 4 the night.We were watching the ring and leslie fell asleep when it reached the day6-7 part(which was the climax???)Stupid erfi tried to scare me by hiding under my bed and sticking his hand out..too bad it didnt work.Watched norbit in the morning(the one linda left at my house the last time she came) then went out to get pratas.Stayed at home playing games for the rest of the day.Gosh i suck at hearts.Got like 113 pts.Must learn how to play!!Saw the scoresheet from the day before and damien scored zeros straight.That biantai!!Must learn how to paly hearts.MUST learn how to play hearts!!!Sleepover was fun la.Sorry for the lack of entertainment apart from torturing me guys..haha,kidding.

E-learning week has finally ended. What a torture man. Had to be at home quarreling with my mum almost every morning (she's so annoying),clicking the stupid mouse until my hand starts trembling,get frustrated over questions i couldn't answer etcetc. Glad its all over now. Still cant get over the fact that i cant go Singfest=( Next year?yea right,A'levels no joke kay.Boohoohoo. Ytd was band clean-up and handover day. Things turned out to be..expected yet unexpected. Gonna the fun and crazy j2s esp kari=( Went back to TK with linda after that. (Check out the band office and you'll get the shock of your life man.) Finally collected my cert too. Saw Min, Jaclyn and Nuraini and started chatting with min and some of my juniors (ga jiao them while they were having band prac..teehee). Saw Mrs Yap too=) I miss everyone la! Cant wait for homecoming tomorrow=)

Went to check out the dsa this morning before going sentosa to meet the batch!!surprise surprise..our dear Ricoco flew all the way from LA(17 hrs of flight) to see us!!not exactly just to see us but he met us like just after he touched down. Now i know why this was important=) It was supposed to be a surprise. The rest still doesnt know he's here=). We had alot of fun and did alot of catching up. Cant emphasize enough that i really really miss and love everyone! They really make me laugh at the silliest things(which is like everything) like during captain's ball..

1st June 2008,
Met up with Astrid at the TK busstop at around 8.45am before we headed for the indoor stadium and as usual Zhiyi woke up late around 8.30. Astrid and I arrived at the supposed 'premier entrance' only to find out it was at the other side.To think we thought we were the first to arrive which was abit of a shock to us considering how early people actualy queued up for FOB's concert and how crazy people were at MCR's. Zhiyi arrived shortly and we decided to get some breakfast so he went to macs to get takeaways. It was around 4 plus 5 when the band started doing soundchecks. Astrid and I were in the midst of a 'gummies party' by then and i was craving for more gummies so i decided to go 7-11 and grab more. I could totally hear 'flipside' from the leisure park which got me all excited. Made friends with people around us in the queue. 1st there were the girls from SAC if im not wrong (emily,nicole etc.), then there was 'the click 3' (3 sec1 guys who were all crappy claiming they were members from click 5) and another bunch of girls who were really funny (3 of them took a picture WITH joe EACH!!). Not that i love joe that much but still..Anyway, Astrid and i got our limited edition poster and she bought the tour booklet too. They even gave us those free cards (where you can stuff your hand in it during the concert) before we entered. I must say that the security guards were really MUCH better than those at FOB and MCRs'. They were pretty much organised, giving us passes to make sure people dont cut the queue, providing us with lockers etc. unlike at FOB where they transferred us into a freaking room causing the entire queue to change and people getting pissed off because they queued like really really early. Not only that, they had 2 blow the whistle twice, giving the people wrong signals, making them think it was time to go in. We ended up getting squashed for 2 entire hours with some idiot who started puffing a cigarette in the ENCLOSED space. Horible horrible.
Yay, we finally got in at around 7pm, near centre front facing the stage. The squeezing started all over again(as usual) Astrid and i held on to each other throughout the entire concert to ensure we wont get seperated. People were not exactly nice at some point of time when they started accusing who's pushing who. Whatever man, we were always the victims getting pushed around. I think it was during 'empty' when i turned away from my camera to check out on Astrid and realise she wasnt beside me(thought our hands were still locked). She was like 2 people away and her hair was rather messy. People were pressing her face and everywhere all over. Oh well, people were poking me with their cards and my hand got stuck in between 2 asses once. Poor Astrid, i think she didnt get to see anything during 'empty' and it was her favourite song. Zhiyi and Syaza spotted us and we sort of stuck together around the same area. So much for queuing up at 9.30am. Syaza said she 1st spotted me because she notices people with small hands like hers and i so happen to have small hands.Haha. Jessie and another guy were there too.
The band was really great!Love Kyle and his signature moves! Joe was rather cute in a geeky way. Ben was wearing his sunnies and his hair was really cool. Couldn't really see Joey with his deep blue eyes because he was behind Kyle and the drums but his drum solos were awesome. Ethan looked great in his purple top too. The band sounded really really good and they even performed 'catch your wave' and 'just the girl' from the previous album. Took some good shots of Kyle=) Didnt really get any of the rest of the band due to my bad photography skills and me being positioned nearer the right side facind the stage. What to do, i was using the camera with my right hand when im a left hander. There were people crying and fainting and the bouncers had to carry them out. I was practically tiptoeing if not jumping for the entire concert. Pity short people man.
Went pastamania with the rest before cabbing home with Astrid. I cant get enough of the concert man!!!Couldn't really sleep yesterday. Envy those people who get to meet the band=(
Anyway... I LOVE THE CLICK 5!!!!They certainly rocked the indoor stadium yesterday=)

yay!Tml's friday!Stayed back to watch the jazz band on wed.There was this weird phenomenon.The whole school was infested with some kind of fly after the rain.Maybe cuz it was May's Birthday.haha kidding.

Anyway, its a close fight between the 2 Davids on Americal Idol!I thought Archuleta would not have made it to the top 2 but he did.The judges said Syesha did not sing well last night.I dont get it.I thoguht her rendition of 'fever' and 'if i aint got you' was quite good.Archuleta's 'with you' wasnt that impactful(in my opinion, the song didnt suit him). Cook was not bad (esp when he sang 'dare you to move'). Randy and Simon were quarreling over their song choices for the 1st round and they ended up commenting on each other rather than the idols' performance.

I know everyone's getting gaga over the 2 davids (ask people like may and candice..teehee), just hope they do well for the finals.Anyway, i think cook's gonna win. Go Davids!

omgomg.My blog has been dead for like more than a yea.I've tried umpteen times to create a new one or something but failed each time.Felt a need to post something so here it goes
Prelude 28 was a blast!! (though i screwed up here and there =X)At least my friends think i did a great job and stupid shawn said i've improved. Everyone just went high towards the ending.Haha.Stageband was really really awesome!!Everyone seemed possessed last night (in a good way of course) Im gonna miss the J2s!esp kari=( but im still happy for them because prelude 28,which was their last concert in as a tjband member, turned out pretty well.
It has truly been a great experience for me for the past few months in TJ Band. I will never forget those wonderful memories, going to Osaka, staying up almost every night to for stageband, doing crazy stuff with jermain (like accidentally taking a bus to changi airport), ponning contact to go for our weekly lunch etcetc. I hope this journey will continue to take me to greater heights, letting me learn and gain even more. Love the band man=)
Back to prelude. My juniors were like crazy!! They were like squashing my face, pulling my hair and stuffing flowers into my face.Grrr.At least they turned up=) Joan, yexi etc were there too. (love you joan!) A big Thankyou to everyone who made prelude 28 a success! especially to the j2s who stayed up with us for the stageband, constantly trying to help us improve on it, to Miss Chew for helping us open the gate at night, deal with crazy neighbours like soonpeng and mr williams and buying us snacks, to the other teachers in charge and to Linsheng for helping me scrape my reed. These people have sacrificed alot just to put up ytd's performance.Not forgetting the J1s too, especially the ics.They've worked really hard.
In conclusion, we rocked!

oh well..its been 2 days since FOB's concert..it was superb!stupid com..i typed a whole big chunk b4 some error sh*t thing appeared..urghh..so erfi and i went to meet astrid n zakiah who had been queuing since 11?we were queuing outside the actual ground and could here the band testing out inside *excited..we sat there reading mag n chatting away b4 zak n astrid decided to buy some food..just then..some retarded security guard decided to shift the whole lot of us inside(thnks 4 moving us away from our strategically location-outside e v convenient female toilet) it was ok 4 us since the new queue started slightly in front of us but some ppl got v pissed off cuz apparently..they started queuing the previous night but then ended up side by side with ppl who jsut came a few mins ago as they needed to join the new queue..then the trouble started..astrid and zak came back but some stupid angmohs refused to let them join us in the queue..they hesitated 4 quite a while b4 finally joining us..we were afraid cuz the angmohs' connection was wide..they knew pple fr different segments of the queue..they were so b*tchy..went 2 their friends behind us to b*tch
the retarded security guard came into the pic again..this time rifat was there..all worn out fr cohort camp..the stupid guard gave every1 the wrong signal by blowing his d*mn whistle to tell his ppl 2 shift the barrier or smthing..every1 thought they could finally get out and stood up..ppl playing card games had to abandon their cards..ppl eating had to elave their food(cards n halfeaten food was all over the floor) too bad..its either you stand or get squashed in a stampede..we were all sardine-packed..ppl leaning on you..feets get constantly lifted off the ground b4 they started letting ppl out..each time they released a few ppl n each time..we got squashed even more..bodies dislocated..perspiring fr top to toe..suffocating..ppl suffering fr claustrophobia n asthma attack..vommiting..it was horrible n we cldnt push them back cuz 1)our asses aint that big 2)we dont have the strenght to..it was 2 hrs b4 i got squeezed out the door..b4 i felt what living was like again..astrid n zak followed up(stupid erfi n rifat got squeezed out the door 1st n it was half an hr later b4 it was our turn so they didnt feel what we felt)..it was worth it though cuz we were right in front!!
some msian band performed 1st followed by sore loser..FOB only came out at about 9.40.it was a blast!(rifat got carried to the back cuz he thought the guards wanted to bring them backstage or smthing..aha) pete was licking his guitar..doing his high jumps..joe was swinging his afro while patrick did his thang..andy swayed his head almost the whole time..alot of angmohs were screaming"we love you pete!" yeayea..pete n joe did their crazy spinning thingy and a spitting water fountains out of they mouths..every1 was having fun..it ended quite abruptly and astrid's dad broguht us 4 supper when i finally got to drink after not drinking for like ages..her dad sent us home after that..btw..pete touched zak's hand!not fair!he was so hot la!missed the concert man(though i got pushed from 1 platform to another and was tasting hair everytime i jumped)oh well..
band camp is this fri..so looking forward!

wth man..so pissed la..i left my instru with erfi cuz he said he was gonna blade plus hes my SL of cuz its ok 2 pass it 2 him but no..sometimes i really doubt my intelligence..i entrusted my instru 2 sm1 who passed it 2 yughan who passed it 2 yexi who passed it 2 gab n gawd knows how it ended up with the qms..yea im not blaming any1..its my fault..i LEFT it at the assembly plaza..what a great way 2 start cny..im just so sorry 2 those innocent parties who are gonna get punished with me..like i said..im not blaming any1..its all my fault..u dont get it..u know how anxious i was?i called like almost every1 who 'passed on' my instru..its not a passing game 4 nuts..its an INSTRU..well..look on the bright side..things couldnt get any worse..
went 2 eat banmian with some of the class peeps then went tuition centre with rico and we got locked outside..
we decided 2 go blading..and yes zhiyi im not blaming you..accidents happen all the time..dont be so sensitive k?i shant relate what happened
went 4 tuition after that..so weird la..it was all sunny when we bladed but when we left the centre it was all wet outside..but we were still happy cuz its cny!=)

OMG..its OVER!!concert ytd was a BLAST
so sad..it was my 1st n last time performing at SCH(fell sick during concert in sec1)
it was the last concert for Mr Chia n Mr Muz too
so gonna miss them
anyway i came at like 8 o clock?
there wasnt a single Tk Band member la
was too excited the night b4 and decided 2 go to schl early to prac
felt as if it was new yr (every1 was giving out prezzies)
had lunch with the WHOLE section
b4 we left things started happening
1)some1's file fell onto the roof top
2)file went missing (it was with clt)
3)stand was downstairs
4)some1's pants splitted (dont wanna mention who)
ran thru the pieces at SCH
had nothing to do when the sec1s were playing n started to hide in the O___ room
took pics inside..lol
SCH was rather confusing..there were like so many doors and i got lost a few times
had dinner at the stairs..ze section was like CRAZY
then it was showtime
everything turned out well
went 4 supper with seniors
stupid macs at post centre was closed and we had to go alv's hse instead
mcdelivery guy took damn long to turn up
we got bored and started watching blue's clues and a few other shows
reached home like damn late and slept only 4 like 3 hrs?

ok this shall be my last time babbling some negative stuff on my blog
i shall stop shouting/ranting like a mad-ass-crazy-bytch
this shall be the last time i relate my bloody f*ing story about ytd..
so..ytd i went home and the 1st thing my mum told me was my piano exam registration deadline was long over and her appeal got rejected
i started screaming at the top of my lungs how inconsiderate she was for not thinking for me and how irresponsible and forgetful
i mean use your brains and think can or not
i'll be sitting for o'levels next year and you want me to wait another half a year before i can take my piano exam which probably will clash with one of my exam days?
you want me to spend my time and effort going through the things i've been learning over a year again and again when i can actually be doing more meaningful things like preparing for o'levels?
please la stop being selfish i dont expect much from you..you said i only know how to waste your money and it was my fault that i didnt remind you about the deadline and all
what about you?did you even bother to remember when i told you?must you push the blame everytime its you who is at fault?dont you feel guilty?
im really not a bad kid i didnt even bring you any trouble i dont deal with drugs or anything i study to make you proud so you would stop saying all those stuff about other people's kids doing great and stuff
it took you like what?a day to bring yourself to say sorry?sorry what?you said you would do anything to compensate

haiz..im so sick n tired..since ytd..here's the story
sec1s gave out the scores to their fellow batchmates which were not even chopped n boxed..ok thats not the worst..they collected back at the end of the practice not according to section..some guy tore his score 2 n i had to chop all the scores at like what time?6.45 pm?wow..plus arrange the scores according to section..im superb i tell u..thanks 2 vera joan n others..we managed 2 finish chopping n sorting out..w/out them..i really dont know what i would have done..today..the deco com pple went to buy the stuff..oh..alicia's printer rejected the papers we used so guess we have to photocopy now..went to katong shopping centre to photocopy the scores which are needed to be given out tml..wow again..guess what?all the shops were closed except 1..that stupid guy made me sort out the scores according to the number of each part i want..excuse me..we have like 5 songs to play..everything was in a mess la..like i wanted 5 parts 4 1st clarinet 4 this so n so song n 5 parts 4 basses 4 another song n i put everything tgt n in the end..i had to rearrange everything n take them out according to songs plus section..wow..im so capable..plus..that guy was so annoying..he kept making fun of me..said i was from pri schl n the machine smell made me sick la..haiz..

sigh..so its school again tml..had so much fun on fri..went to rico's house early in the morning..called him like a billion times and he didnt answer so we called yexi instead..good thing we woke him up or we would be locked outside for god knows how long..rico woke up too and they both went down to get us..watched tv until around 1 plus and then we went to the beach to eat and play..bbq turned out ok except it rained..played soccer and that sparkle thingy..lol..zhiyi and ken couldnt cook 4 nuts..the fire was like damn big and the whole place was smokey..sorry zhiyi 4 not eating your otah..it was poisonous!!k la..see you paika dont bully you liao..haha..zhiyi ken and i went to get some drinks cuz we were like so thirsty then it started pouring so we seeked shelter in one of the lobby and started chatting..decided to go back when the rain was less heavy..everyone looked so worried..they thought we were missing..worst thing was they thought i was abducted..lol..rico hilma yexi etc. even made a search party 4 us..gosh..im so touched!went upstairs to watch tv and scary movie4..didnt sleep only until 4 plus..cuz of the ensemble thing la..and we kept going out of point..haha..slept in between linda and joan..that linda damn noisy and she kept laughing..wth man..was awaken by zhiyi's dumb alarm..he set like 3 times(accidentally) and guess what?it was turkish march!!of all alarms turkish march!was so tired the entire day due to lack of sleep..nothing much to say..go see this http://good-times.webshots.com/album/553953799yiCcXI

tired man..almost everyday go out..on mon..jianyong rico zj n lxuan came my hse 2 bake cookies 4 teacher's day..got sick of it..walked around like fools la b4 we finally reached..lol..not my fault my hse was so far away from the darn busstop plus we stayed back in schl 4 a while 2 help with the bookmarks 4 parents seminar thing so every1 went home late..ytd was fun..played some games in class(mrs koh's idea) due 2 the rain..didn't need to do the boxing thing=)after everything..went 2 buy some stuff then headed down to ecp with the usual pple..wanted to go back to ngee ann but didnt..saw ma pri schl friends at pp=)phew..luckily didn't go back..they got locked outside or something i heard..it rained very heavily when we were at pp and every1 was beyond soaked la..could even feel water in my shoes..gross!totally not my idea of having fun..fools!raining still wanna walk to beach from pp..plus..not enough umbrellas to go around..then some pple act hero..down there shiver like mad..and they even went out to the sea 2 see the high tide!its like freezing cold can..how about jogging in the rain?cant believe those fools actually done that..at least we made it to our destination..saw miaoying violet n their friend there..they were dry!n we looked like idiots..wetting the whole arcade..all of us crowded around the handdryer 2 dry our hair and socks n everything until it got overheated..really pathetic sia!after that we went to play bowling(i didnt) then went cycling..met up with zhiyi twins yexi and joan today..miracle..no1 fell sick..walked around at bugis..nothing much..physics quiz so darn hard!oh..congrats 2 asheem and cheryl 4 being this yr's talent search winners!!!they were AWESOME! ;)

early in the morn we had golden run..thx 2 zeejay..i had a free ride 2 bedok reservior (didn't know the way there plus my dad's not in town)..cant believe i managed 2 complete 5km and still got 40 something in position..thought i don't know whats tt 4..lol..rico and i walked/jogged/ran 2gt..the rest just simply walked..gd effort anyway..after tt..joan n i took taxi 2 my house 2gt with soomi since it was convenient..after lunch..joan n i slacked 4 awhile b4 we made our way 2 school..had quite alot of fun at sentosa..esp my group was quite fun..but every1 went back with sad faces..everything so damn unexpected la..dont wanna talk about it..all because of it i got insomnia..i almost die of laughter cuz of rifat(u shld have seen how he dressed ytd)..haiyo..anyway..i just realised my section people are all big eaters..went 2 mac until near midnight..sorry 2 our seniors 4 spoling their day ytd until some of them had 2 entertain us and console us..hope every1 will cheer up..haiz..tmr got e maths level test..sian ar..

i've sooo much to talk about!!yes man!!we've won the best display band award for the 5th consecutive time..10 yrs..on our school's 50th anniversary and syf's 40th anniversary..i must say..our show yesterday really was bravo perfecto!!firstly..i wanna thank all Tk Band supporters..could really hear all the screaming and cheering..i wanna thank all band alumni who've helped us in many many ways..i wanna thank daddy bong for everything he'd done for us and his undying love for percussion..i wanna thank my buddies for all the lovely gifts and good luck messages..oh mian..i sound like an award winner..anyway..we are what..lol..yesterday we came early to school with bags of goodies and everything..haha..the weather was nice and all and some of us finished off our last words for our section mates etc. and i was craving for milo and thank god zhengjun bought a packet or at least his friend did..some of us were supposed to meet up at roc but no1 turned up..haha..anyway..our sticks were golden and they shone in the sun!when we got there..we had to share a room with deyi people and guess what?they occupied 2/3 of the room plus they weren't carrying any instruments when we had ours!whatever to them..we prove to people with action..woah..so by the time we finished 1812..tears started streaming down because i know deep down in my heart we are winners(who cares about my shoelace which came off)..when we were waiting after our performance..fafa told us we rawked her socks..ha!duh! and 2 deyi guys walked passed us and kicked our drums!and a few other girls (one on stilts) wanted a pic of nick!thick-skin!and kept saying wo yao(i want)..they stood there and waited la..please la..then they finally gave up and went to ken instead!people nowadays are really bold..tsktsk..so..after the results were announced..every1 started crying and hugging etcetc. the feeling was like shiok and i loveeeee perc!!went to celebrate until 12 plus..as usual..our crazee section was crazee and we had so much fun..did i mention i was traumatized by kamarul's actions?lol..he frigs me out alot huh..anyway..well done TK Band!

OMG..'i cant believe im here!!'that was 1 of the very first thing azlan taught us when we were still sec1s..time really flies..tml is the day when the stadium will be fully-packed..the day where lotsa emotions will come in..today everyone so emo lor..some of us went to roc and we started crying like sh*t..i remembered 2 yrs ago's today..we were crying too!at the same spot!i wish time could just stop at any moment i want..really cherished all the good memories..though the time i spent with my seniors were short..i really will miss them very very much..really..like i said..luckily the time spent were short..if it was long..i think i will really flood my friggin house by now..when mr chia said he was touched..all my emotions were on the verge of gushing out..i may sound stupid..but if i hold back..i will start choking like crazee and i hate it..not that i wont choke even if i didn't hold back..tml..just a few more hours away..like azlan said..how to lose?TK BAND:WE DEFINE EXCELLENCE..I LOVE PERC!

well..its been a while since i last blogged..where shall i start?last fri went to watch xmen 3 with zhiyi lenny n joan 2 celebrate zhiyi's birthday since lenny was leaving 4 nz(no fair)..i pulled joan along after the stupid meet the parents session..haha..saw some of our seniors n alumni there..mr n mrs muz's wedding was on sun..went with the usual pple..wanted 2 watch xmen 3(again) but ended up doing nothing..ytd's band prac was fun but the weather was extremely hot n as usual..we were making so much noise in the bus..lol..but on the way back..every1 was super tired so not tt noisy..sleptover at joan's place with jocelyn..we were all so tired n dark..esp jos..she kept complaining..lol..c'mon la..not as bad as sijia rite??joan's sis slept with us 2..watched like 2 movies b4 we all fell asleep..went out today..n we saw steph then huiting..walked at bugis until our legs were tired..jocelyn left w/out us noticing n we made her feel damn guilty..haha..dare abandon us again?!band prac tml again..gd thing perc always liven things up=)

lol..finally back fr camp..yawns..what can i say man..
1st day
nothing much..sec2s only joined us after lunch..at night we watched swing girls(watch b4 liao) then throughout the show..every1 damn tired so slept on the floor..
2nd day
band prac as usual..then night time did gimmicks n stuff..played the disgusting banana game..can only pass through mouth n last person must lick up all the natella on it..then it dropped on my shirt..gross la..then every group had one representative 2 eat up the banana..jerald rico ken nic n some other guys went up..yucks!!
3rd day
my voice started going..siti n fiza got married in the morning n so did rico n zhiyi..lol..we had some disgusting game in the evening..got mixture of fermented toufu n chinchow n some gross stuff..stinks like hell..then night time when i found out linda was so sick n saw her get pulled into the car..my heart started beating very fast..nick n yughan were there 2 n wenyu n sijia followed linda to the hospitalits like i never seen linda that sick b4..then vera started crying so we started comforting her la..then when i went to get her duck 4 her..nick zhiyi n jerald sat at the staircase..nick n jerald's eyes red..then i started crying too n all of us gathered..nick zhiyi jerald joan vera n i..zhenzhen tried to comfort us..zhiyi punched until his knuckles hurt n when we finally decided to stop cryin..zhiyi started crying(abit slow)we all missed linda la..had ghost story session but cldnt hear much..2 soft..
4th day
last day..almost cried after lunch..haiz..dont wanna talk about it..and at around 6 plus..the most embarrassing thing happened..i dropped my monster upstairs n while the whole band gathered downstairs..ready to go home..xuchang found the monster and held it in front of the entire band n went"whos is this?"then every1 started shouting "mine!mine!"so embarrassing!!i had to run up to get it back..ahhh!!then zhiyi jiajun joan nick ken hilma n i went pp 4 dinner..tts about it

gr8t..its like tue..last thur had batch lunch..it was so crazy..u guys keep me crazy..then band la..on fri..we went to watch the fog..scary man..but fiza thought it was lame..lol..except for the fact she mistook hilma's hand as her hp..haha..then we went to rico's hse..i so so so miss mandarin gardens..haiz..if i only i was still in pri schl..rico n ken played table tennis while zhiyi jerald n nick were upstairs playin instru..oh gosh..their playing was like er...kenny g..nick c?ohno!!then nick tried 2 play the funeral song on the sax n jerald was having trouble with the clarinet..gosh..zhiyi n i went down to join them..hilma n fiza were watchin them play so we just sat there..ytd was like my worst day in this yr..actually im not sure..but it sure was a very bad day..i did so badly that i felt like a choked pipe the entire day la..but well..i realised alot of people still care for me..shant let them down=) n guess what?my parents said they dont blame me n started crying all over again la..i felt so bad..today..we had band..aiya..i feel so tired i was sleeping throughout all the lessons man..except bio n chi=)wa..chi teacher photocopied my compo for the entire class..so honoured man..haha..haiya..my instru need repair la..badly!!i feel so discouraged..tml have sectionals..there goes my tuition..woah..tml getting back ss n chem..pray hardest!!
